How to Annotate an Event as Canceled

Use the steps below to mark a training event as canceled in the system. 

  • Click Manage. 
  • Click Training. 
  • Enter the course number in the search box. 
  • Select the Sections tab. 
  • Choose the section you want to update. 
  • Open Section Details and Settings. 
  • In the Event Title field, add (Canceled) at the start of the title. 

Example: 
(Canceled) VDSS - ADS5031W: Substitute Decision Making (Virtual Instructor-Led) 

  • In Settings, click Edit. 
  • In the Section Title field, add (Canceled) at the start of the title. 

Example: 
(Canceled) VDSS - ADS5031W: Substitute Decision Making (Virtual Instructor-Led) 

  • Go to the Enrollment tab. 
  • Click on Name(s) to select the participants. 
  • Choose Cancel Enrollment to remove all learners from the course.

Canceling a section and removing learners helps keep training records clear and up to date.
