How to Add Instructors to Specific Courses

Use the steps below to assign a trainer to a course in the system.

  • Click Administer. 
  • Select People. 
  • Click Instructors. 
  • Enter the instructor’s last and first name. 
  • Click Search. 
  • On the right, click the down arrow and select Manage. 
  • Click Courses. 
  • On the right, click Select Course, then GO. 
  • Enter the course number in the Search Text field and click Search. 
  • Check the box next to the course and click Add Selected.

Assigning instructors correctly ensures learners have the proper trainers and keeps course records accurate.
