How to Run an Organizational Report

You can see your organization’s information safely and clearly. Follow these steps:

1. Make Sure You Are in External

You must be in External to run this report.

2. Open the Reports Console

  1. Click Administer
  2. Go to System
  3. Click Reporting
  4. Select Reports Console

3. Find the Organization Report

  1. Type Organization in the search box
  2. Select Organization Listing
  3. Click Select

4. Choose the Organization

  1. Type Social Services External in the Organization box
  2. Select VDSS-Dept of Social Services – External Entities
  3. Click Include sub-organizations

5. Run the Report

Click Run Report.

6. Adjust the Table

  1. Click the next to the table
  2. Check or uncheck the columns you want to show or hide
  3. Click OK

7. Export Your Report

Click Export to Excel in the top right corner.
