How to Run a Supervisor List

Follow these steps to create a supervisor report.

Step 1: Open the Reporting Tools

  1. Click Administer.
  2. Click System.
  3. Click Reporting.
  4. Click Reporting Console.

Step 2: Find the Organization Listing

  1. In the search box, type Listing and click Search.
  2. Click Organization Listing.
  3. Click Select.
  4. Click Select

Step 3: Search Your Department

  1. Type Social Services External and click Search.
  2. Check the box for Include sub-organizations.

Step 4: Choose the Report Layout

  1. Go to Layout and click the down arrow.
  2. Select 3/14/23 LTD Supervisor List.

Step 5: Run the Report

  1. Click Run Report.
