You can see training progress with this simple step-by-step guide.
Step 1: Access the Reporting Tool
Click Administer.
Click System.
Click Reporting.
Click Reporting Console.
Step 2: Find the Progress Report
In the search box, type Progress Report.
Click Search.
Click Organization Report – Training Progress.
Click Select.
Click Select
Step 3: Choose Your Organization
Type Social Services External and click Search.
Select VDSS-Department of Social Services – External Entities.
Check the box for Include sub-organizations.
Step 4: Set Report Options
For Course Activity, choose Active or Inactive.
For Progress Status, choose Enrolled.
Click Classroom.
Enter the Start Date and End Date.
Step 5: Select the Layout and Run
Go to Layout and click the down arrow.
Choose LTD- FY Organizational - Progress Training (Shared).
Click Run Report.
Step 6: Export Your Report
Click Export.
Choose Excel.
