How to Run an Enrollment Report

You can see training progress with this simple step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Access the Reporting Tool

  1. Click Administer.
  2. Click System.
  3. Click Reporting.
  4. Click Reporting Console.

Step 2: Find the Progress Report

  1. In the search box, type Progress Report.
  2. Click Search.
  3. Click Organization Report – Training Progress.
  4. Click Select.
  5. Click Select

Step 3: Choose Your Organization

  1. Type Social Services External and click Search.
  2. Select VDSS-Department of Social Services – External Entities.
  3. Check the box for Include sub-organizations.

Step 4: Set Report Options

  1. For Course Activity, choose Active or Inactive.
  2. For Progress Status, choose Enrolled.
  3. Click Classroom.
  4. Enter the Start Date and End Date.

Step 5: Select the Layout and Run

  1. Go to Layout and click the down arrow.
  2. Choose LTD- FY Organizational - Progress Training (Shared).
  3. Click Run Report.

Step 6: Export Your Report

  1. Click Export.
  2. Choose Excel.
