Follow these steps to safely and easily get your report.
Step 1: Open the Reports Console
On the VLC, click Administer.
Then click Reporting.
Select Reports Console.
Step 2: Find the Organization Report
In the search bar, type Organization.
Click Search.
Click Organization Listing.
Click Select.
Step 3: Choose the Organization
Under Organization, type External.
Select VDSS – Dept of Social Services – External Entities.
Step 4: Include All Users
Under User Activity, check Include sub-organizations.
Step 5: Choose the Layout
Under Layout, select SDAS – CPS 12-14-23 (shared).
Step 6: Run the Report
Click Run Report.
Step 7: Save and Share
Export the report to Excel.
Save the file.
Upload the file to this Sharedrive path: TM-DSS-LTD Systems Data and Support-SDAS Team Workspace > Documents > Reports > Data > CPS Report
