How to Run a Permanency Report

Step 1: Open the System

  1. Go to Administer.
  2. Select System.
  3. Open Reports Console.

Step 2: Find the Report

  1. In the search box, type Listing.
  2. Select Organization Listing.
  3. Click Select by Organization.

Step 3: Choose the External Entity

  1. Type VDSS – Department of Social Services – External Entities.
  2. Check Include Sub-Organizations.

Step 4: Set User Activity

  1. Choose User Activity – Active.

Step 5: Choose Layout and Run

  1. Select Layout – SDAS Permanency (local).
  2. Click Run Report.

Step 6: Export and Save

  1. Export the report to Excel.
  2. Save it in SharePoint under:
    TM-DSS-LTD Systems Data and Support > SDAS Team Workspace > Permanency Report
