Requests for Exceptions

What you need to know

The Local Training and Development Division reviewed this topic with the Benefits and Family Services Division. Based on that guidance, the training team cannot approve waivers for courses in the Virginia Learning Center.

If you need to request an exception

The training team does not handle exception requests. If you believe a Benefits employee has a special situation, you have an option:

Family Services training

There are no exceptions for Division of Family Services training requirements.
