What a Profile Needs to Be Active
A profile must include:
- Correct organization
- “DSS External” is not allowed
- Active supervisor
- Work email address
- Personal emails are not allowed
- Approved job title
- Must be from the accepted job list
- Good attendance record
- Profiles may be inactive after repeated no-shows
Steps to Review a Profile
When someone asks for help, follow these steps:
1. Check basic details
- Confirm the job title is correct
- Confirm the organization is correct
- Confirm the supervisor is active
2. Check attendance
- Make sure the learner has no more than one no-show in the current fiscal year
- Confirm with both the learner and supervisor that they understand how to cancel a class
- Cancellations must be done before 8 a.m. on the day of class
