Clearing your cache can fix loading or display issues in the VLC.
Google Chrome
Steps
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the three dots in the top right corner.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range. Select All time to clear everything.
- Check these boxes:
- Browsing history
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Click Clear data.
Microsoft Edge
Steps
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click the three dots, then select Settings.
- Select Privacy, search, and services.
- Scroll to Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range. Select All time to clear everything.
- Check these boxes:
- Browsing history
- Download history
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Click Clear now.
Tip
After clearing your cache, close and reopen your browser before returning to the VLC. This helps ensure the changes take effect.
