Welcome to the public website support page. We understand it can be stressful when you need help, and we’re here to support you. If you are having a technical issue with the public website, please submit your request and it will be assigned to a member of the VDSS Website Support team. All submissions will be reviewed and responded to within 24 hours.

Please note: the VDSS Website Support team cannot provide technical support for CommonHelp, MyChildSupport, or the Virginia Job Site.  For assistance with these application, please visit the Technical Support page.  To complete your request for public website support, please follow the instructions provided below.

Prior to submitting your form, it's helpful to have the following information available to assist in our troubleshooting efficiency:

  • The web address (URL) of the page
  • What you were trying to do
  • The exact error message (copy/paste, if you can)
  • Your device (phone/computer) and browser (Chrome/Edge/Safari)
  • The date and time the issue happened
