Local Training & Development (LTD) helps people who work in local social services offices across Virginia. We give them training and support so they can grow in their jobs and do their best work. We believe that when workers are well trained, they can make a big difference in the lives of children, families, and communities. Our team—trainers, course designers, and support staff—works together to provide helpful classes and tools. This helps social services workers bring hope and support to the people who need it most.
